雞翅(翅中)6個、鹽適量、蒜適量、姜適量、黑胡椒適量、澱粉適量、雞蛋2個、麵包糠適量、油適量、牙籤一根

1.將雞翅洗乾淨,瀝干,用牙籤在雞翅上紮上小孔,放鹽,姜,蒜,黑胡椒粉腌制

3.放盤裡準備好
