1、準備茄子。

2、還有肉,肉可以放冰箱里稍微凍一會拿出來切成丁,比較好切,不用剁碎。

3、然後開始切茄子,茄子去頭去尾,準備一雙筷子夾住。然後斜刀往下切,一整條切好。

4、再反一面垂直切。

5、切好的茄子長這個樣子。

6、然後開始炸茄子。

7、炸到七八成熟後撈出。

8、鍋中放大蒜。

9、還有蒜蓉辣醬加肉丁一起翻炒。然後加醬油,還有水。

10、然後放入茄子,加適量的鹽,雞精,白糖一起用小火煮幾分鐘。
11、大火收汁。而後出鍋,撒青紅辣椒調色。
