往年夏天我都會買冬瓜茶磚來煮冬瓜茶,但自從發現,其實冬瓜茶真的很好做之後,我就乾脆自己煮了,真的就是用冬瓜+糖熬煮就好。不過要煮到濃縮成磚程度,至少要1-2小時,所以直接用電壓力鍋來煮。電壓力鍋煮真的快又不用顧著,不用怕熬過頭該怎辦。當然如果你家沒電壓力鍋就用一般鍋子來煮也是可以。
自己煮的冬瓜茶天然又衛生,夏天冰一壺在放冰箱中,隨時隨地都能喝哦。
食材:冬瓜800g,砂糖600g,黑糖200g(糖與冬瓜1:1)。↓↓↓↓↓

做法:
①冬瓜洗淨不要去皮去籽,直接切碎放入電壓力鍋內鍋(冬瓜的皮與籽對人都有好處,所以不用去掉)。↓↓↓↓↓

因為冬瓜切越碎越易出水和熬汁,所以我是直接用神廚的切碎與切絲二功能同時使用。如果沒有廚神的人,就直接用菜刀切越細越好。↓↓↓↓↓

基本上切完,冬瓜已經部份出水了。(因為要做濃縮原汁,所以只用冬瓜與糖,全程不要額外加水哦)。↓↓↓↓↓

當然,我這次做的是黑糖味冬瓜茶,你也可以加薑做姜味、加枸杞做養生味。反正用電壓力鍋鍋來熬冬瓜茶,快又不用人來顧著,真的非常方便。

而且我這是沒有過濾,直接加水稀釋的,吸的時間還能咬到冬瓜碎增加口感。如果不習慣,可以過濾一下就好。
